Q 2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) & Pricing

Q3: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

A: Our MOQ varies by product. For standard items, the MOQ can be as low as 100 pcs. For customized projects, the MOQ may be 1000. We are flexible and willing to discuss based on your specific needs.

Q4: How do you determine your pricing?

A: Pricing is based on several factors: order quantity, product customization level, material selection, and packaging requirements. We strive to offer the best value by optimizing our manufacturing efficiency.

Q5: Can you customize products with our logo and packaging?

A: Yes, absolutely. OEM and customization are our core services. We can apply your logo, design custom packaging, and even modify product specs to meet your brand requirements.

Q6: Do you provide ODM services if we don't have a design?

A: Yes. You can simply provide us with your concept or requirements, and our R&D team will handle the design, engineering, and prototyping to bring your idea to life.

Q 5. Quality Control & Certification

Q9: What quality control measures do you have in place?

A: We have a rigorous QC system that includes incoming material inspection, in-process checks during production, and a final random inspection before shipment.

A: Yes. Our products comply with international standards and we can provide certifications such as CE, FCC, RoHS, and ISO 9001. We can also assist with obtaining other necessary certifications for your market.

Q 4. Samples & Prototyping

Q7: Do you provide samples? How long does it take?

A: Yes, we provide samples. Sample lead time is typically 5-7 days for standard items. Custom samples may take longer based on complexity. Sample fees are applicable but are often deductible from your first bulk order.

Q8: Can we visit your factory for an audit?

A: Yes, we warmly welcome clients to visit our factory. It's a great opportunity to see our production capabilities, quality control processes, and discuss your project face-to-face.

Q 6. Shipping & Logistics

Q11: What is your production lead time?
A: For standard orders, the lead time is typically 7-15 days after order confirmation and deposit payment. This may vary depending on order quantity and customization level.

Q12: What are your payment terms?
A: Our standard payment terms are T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. For long-term partners, we can discuss more flexible terms.

Q13: Do you ship globally? Who handles the shipping?
A: Yes, we have extensive experience shipping to North America, Europe, South America, and beyond. We can arrange shipping for you (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP) or work with your preferred freight forwarder.
